How much does a full home refurbishment cost in Coventry?

We generally take on projects from £5,000 upwards; this is not a price for a full-home refurbishment. The cost depends on the property and agreed scope. We offer free site visits and quotes, with cost planning supported by our quantity surveyor.

How long will a full refurbishment take to complete?

Every project is different. The expected duration depends on the scope, property and site conditions. We provide a programme of works setting out the proposed schedule.

Do I need to move out during the refurbishment?

For a full refurbishment involving extensive structural work, rewiring, and replumbing, it is often recommended that you move out for a period to ensure the work can progress efficiently and safely. We can discuss the best approach for your specific situation during our free site visit.

Can you handle refurbishments of period properties?

Yes. Our completed refurbishment work includes period properties. We can discuss the changes you want to make, the features you wish to retain and any partner professional input needed.

What is your process for managing the different trades?

Our team manage the build, coordinating our one in-house carpenter and two skilled labourers with partner trades. Registered partner trades carry out electrical and gas work and provide the relevant certification.

Do you offer a written workmanship guarantee?

We do not provide a ‘written workmanship guarantee’. Our approach is based on professional accountability; we are committed to our reputation and always come back to put things right if an issue arises. We are members of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) and TrustMark registered.

Do you provide emergency repair services?

No, we are not an emergency service. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm. If you have an issue related to your project, please contact us during these hours, and we will address it as part of our ongoing management of your build.
